The Memorandum expresses intention to negotiate future adjustment of ownership relations to the affected lands, including variants that will enable Teplarny Brno to participate in development and future construction in this area. An important part of this document is also the setting of limits in the area and other possible restrictions that the operation of Teplarny Brno may cause for the surrounding area.
Memorandum of cooperation between The City of Brno and The Teplarny Brno
The City of Brno and The Teplarny Brno agreed on Memorandum of cooperation for the purpose of adjusting the further procedure of cooperation in planning the construction of a smart district in the locality of Špitálka. Both parties of this cooperation signed the Memorandum on the 22nd of May 2020.
